01Where should a profile enquiry start?

Start with the application, a drawing or the closest catalogue reference. Even an early sketch is useful when the interfaces and critical dimensions are clear.

02Does a catalogue section guarantee suitability?

No. The catalogue is a starting reference. Final geometry, material, finish, tolerance and verification must be confirmed against the application.

03What information should be shared?

Include the end use, surrounding assembly, critical dimensions, length, quantity, operating environment and any finish or packaging expectation.

04When is a custom profile considered?

A custom section becomes relevant when existing catalogue families cannot satisfy the required interfaces or would create avoidable secondary work.
